Pain Management Training Seminars reserves the right to cancel a course
date upon reasonable notice and will assume no financial obligation to
registrants for reasons beyond its control. Registration fees will be
refunded, however, transportation and other expenses incurred are the
responsibility of the registrant.
Registrants not confirmed within 7 days of the course will be notified
by mail and refunded the registration fee.
Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 14 days prior to the course
for a refund.
