The University of South Florida College of Medicine designates this educational activity for a maximum of 8.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits ™ for the Intermediate Course. The University of South Florida College of Medicine designates this educational activity for a maximum of 8.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits ™ for the Advanced Course.  Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
